Our Students’ Council was recently elected by the pupils of Fifth and Sixth Classes. Our successful candidates had to give a campaign speech, debate ideas and convince their peers to vote for them. Well done to all the new members of the Council!
We look forward to giving our Council members opportunities to voice their opinions and offer suggestions in relation to many aspects of school life during this school year. Council members will have opportunities to organize and contribute to events in our school and to represent St. Nessan’s in a positive way during these events.
We are off to a great start already! Recently, our Students’ Council visited each class to promote our Christmas Shoebox Appeal. Our staff and pupils were very impressed with the contribution of our Council members and they were responsible for organising the collection of boxes for this worthy appeal.
